How long does a repair take?
It depends. The repair process has many, many steps as you can see below in our repair process diagram. We work hard to keep your vehicle moving through the process swiftly and smoothly. However, as you can see there are many areas that could hold up your work. Keep in mind, it is a very important priority to our company to get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible.
What to know before having your vehicle repaired
- Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages.
- Your are not required by law to obtain multiple estimates.
- You have the right to the repair shop of your choice.
- A car is one of your largest investments. Have it repaired properly.
- Professional shops will explain the entire process. Ask about it.
- Read and understand your insurance policy. Ask your agent to explain it.
